Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At CrowdCare Wellness, our goal is to provide flexible nutrition consulting programs that fit your lifestyle and goals. The following terms explain how our One-Month Plan and Ongoing Monthly Subscriptions work, including payment, renewals, and cancellations.
By purchasing a plan or subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Purchase Options
a. One-Month Plan
The One-Month Plan is a short-term, prepaid program that includes personalized nutrition consulting, meal guidance, and access to our client support tools for 30 days.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

The plan does not auto-renew and will automatically end after 30 days unless you choose to continue.

You may upgrade to an ongoing subscription at any time before your plan expires.
b. Ongoing Monthly Subscription
The Ongoing Monthly Subscription is a continuous program designed for long-term progress and accountability.

Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days from the date of your first payment.

Each billing cycle includes personalized nutrition sessions, updates to your plan, and access to continuous support.

Subscription pricing and inclusions are clearly displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the level of service selected.
2. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed securely through our online payment system at the time of purchase or renewal.

By starting an ongoing subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

If a payment fails, access to consulting services may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.
3. Cancellations
a. One-Month Plan
Because this plan is prepaid and delivered over a fixed period, it cannot be canceled or refunded once started.
However, you may postpone your start date one time by notifying our team at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session.
b. Ongoing Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date to avoid renewal.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid month; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

To cancel, log in to your client portal or email support@crowdcarewellness.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
If your plan includes live consultations or coaching calls:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed or late-canceled sessions (less than 24 hours) are counted as completed and non-refundable.

In emergencies, rescheduling may be accommodated at the discretion of CrowdCare Wellness.
5. Refund Policy

One-Month Plans: Non-refundable once active.

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation.

Exceptional Cases: In documented medical or relocation circumstances, credit toward future sessions may be offered at our discretion.
6. Plan Changes and Upgrades
You may upgrade your One-Month Plan to an ongoing subscription at any time.
For current subscribers, plan modifications (e.g., service level or frequency) will take effect in the next billing cycle.
7. Company-Initiated Cancellations
CrowdCare Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to consultant availability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, you will receive:

A full refund for unused services, or

The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
