Frequently asked questions

What is CrowdCare Wellness?

CrowdCare Wellness is a nutrition consulting company that helps individuals and teams improve health outcomes through science-based nutrition strategies, practical coaching, and personalized meal planning.

Who do you work with?

We support adults and teens seeking better energy, weight management, metabolic health (insulin resistance, prediabetes), gut health, sports performance, women’s health (PMS/PCOS/perimenopause), and plant-based transitions. Corporate and team programs are also available.

What services do you offer?

  • 1:1 nutrition consultations (initial and follow-ups)

  • Personalized meal plans and habit coaching

  • Body composition and progress tracking guidance

  • Lab review in collaboration with your physician

  • Sports nutrition protocols (endurance, strength, team sports)

  • Workplace wellness talks and small-group programs

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Most sessions are conducted via secure telehealth to fit busy schedules. In-person options may be offered in select locations—ask our team for current availability.

What happens in the first consultation?

We review your goals, health history, current diet, lifestyle, and labs (if available). You’ll leave with 2–4 immediate action steps and a plan for your next 4–6 weeks. A customized meal framework is typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

How do follow-up sessions work?

Follow-ups focus on accountability, troubleshooting, and progressive adjustments to your plan. Most clients meet biweekly for the first 8–12 weeks, then monthly for maintenance.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes. We create practical meal frameworks tailored to your preferences, cooking time, budget, and culture. Grocery lists, swap guides, and simple recipes are included.

Do you sell supplements?

We are “food first.” When evidence-based, we may suggest targeted supplements and brands. We do not push products, and we can work with your existing regimen.

Can you interpret labs?

We review nutrition-relevant labs (e.g., A1C, lipids, iron status, vitamin D) to guide dietary strategy and will coordinate with your physician when medical follow-up is indicated. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Do you take insurance?

We are a private-pay service and do not bill insurance. Upon request, we can provide a superbill you may submit to your plan if applicable. HSA/FSA cards are often accepted for nutrition services—check with your plan.

How should I prepare for my first session?

Bring any recent labs, a 3–5 day food log (photos or notes are fine), current medications/supplements, and a list of your top goals. Be honest about your schedule and constraints—plans work best when they fit real life.

What results can I expect?

Most clients report more energy, better digestion, improved biomarkers, and sustainable weight or performance changes within 6–12 weeks, depending on consistency and starting point.

Do you work with athletes or teams?

Yes—youth, collegiate, amateur, and professional. We build sport-specific fueling plans (training/competition), hydration, recovery, and travel strategies. Team workshops available.

Do you offer corporate wellness?

Yes. We deliver evidence-based talks, challenges, and small-group coaching that improve employee well-being and productivity while managing health costs.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. We follow strict privacy standards and use secure platforms. We only share information with your consent or when required by law.
